Q: Is there a difference between Rotary E-Club of 3310 and a traditional Rotary Club?
A: Techncially, there is none. Members of Rotary E-Club of 3310 enjoy the same privileges as other traditional Rotary Clubs. The only difference is that Rotary E-Club of 3310 holds most of its meetings in cyberspace.

Q: How can a Rotarian do a makeup with Rotary E-Club of 3310?
A: To do a makeup, you log on to http://www.rotaryeclub3310.org and perform a choice of directed activities. Council on Legislation 2004 allows attendence credit for a 30-minute interactive club website activity.

Q: Is membership in Rotary E-Club of 3310 easier than in a traditional Rotary Club?
A: No. Rotary E-Club of 3310 applies the spirit of Rotary found in the Manual of Procedure. As part of its Constitution, the Club adopts similar classifications principle, membership selection and minimium attendance requirements.

Q: How can one apply for membership in Rotary E-Club of 3310?
A: Membership is a privilege and is by invitation only. You need to be sponsored by a Rotarian.

Q: Can a member of a traditional Rotary Club becomes a member of Rotary E-Club of 3310?
A: No. A Rotarian cannot hold dual membership.

Q: Does Rotary E-Club of 3310 hold its meetings at a specific time like any traditional Rotary Club?
A: As a CyberClub, we meet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using the world wide web (http://www.rotaryeclub3310.org), members can surf for a cummulative 30-minute period in a week to qualify for full attendance. A week is Sunday midnight to the following Sunday midnight.

Q: What is unique about Rotary E-Club of 3310 compared to other CyberClubs?
A: Besides having a hybrid of physical and cyberspace meetings, the Club has an "Associates" category for Rotaractors and full-time students. The intention is to provide seamless assimiliation and integration of Rotaractors into Rotary.

Q: Since fellowship is important, how does Rotary E-Club of 3310 handle that?
A: In addition to the cyberspace meetings, the Club has provision for one physical meeting each month. The objectives are two folds, namely, to maintain Rotary's philosophy of Service through Fellowship, and for internal control.
