PETS and DISTAS on 26 to 28 March has been postponed.
My Fellow Team,
After careful deliberation and consideration, the PETS and DISTAS on 26 to 28 March has been postponed.
With the consultation of D-LEAD team and the host clubs, the difficult decision was taken as the situation with the 2019 Novel CoronaVirus do’t seem to be getting better as infection cases are increasing on a daily basis. Furthermore The DORSCON alert in Singapore was raised to ORANGE on 7 February. We do not know at this stage how Long this outbreak will last.
It is my responsibility as the convener to seek more clarity of the current situation for everyones wellbeing and to avoid placing our Rotarians, their families and friends at any risk.
The proposed rescheduled date for PETS and DISTAS is now on 7, 8 and 9 May. This will subject to the situation improving and the Hotel’s availability. The final dates will be updated soon.
My sincere apologies to those who have registered and now have to reschedule.
