Greetings! We hope this finds you well. As a valued member of the Rotary E-Club of 3310, we are pleased to inform you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on

Time: 8pm (Chinese Dinner at 7pm)
Venue: Peony Room, Level 2, Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, 382 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169629.

AGENDA

1. Call Meeting to Order and Quorum
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the previous AGM
3. Treasurer’s Report of Audited Financial Accounts as at 30 June 2025
4. Adoption of Financial Statements 30 June 2025
5. Appointment of two Internal Auditors (non-current BOD members) for RY2025-2026 (financial accounts ending 30 June 2026)
6. Election of BOD and CLP Chairs RY2026-2027
7. Any other business

Your active participation in the AGM is vital to the continued success in running our club. If you are unable to attend in person, please appoint a Proxy to vote on agenda items. A Proxy Form will be sent separately.
