Dear fellow Rotarians, I am pleased to invite you and your families to bring Christmas cheer to the elderly of Peacehaven Nursing Home, 9 Upper Changi Road North, Singapore 507706 on Saturday 7 December, from 1.15pm to 5.00pm.
We will have 60 elderly participating in this event, many of whom are in wheel chairs. If you RSVP your attendance, you will be required to volunteer your service to wheel them in and out of event hall and also interact with them throughout the event.
We are heartened and proud to be collaborating with ITE College East Rotaractors where 35 students will come and facilitate meaningful activities with the elderly. Grace Angel from ITE College East will also lead her Filipino Voice Symphony Choir in Christmas Carolling and engaging the elderly in a song performance.
It is going to be a beautiful afternoon spent in a meaningful way. We look forward to your participation and support (in person and donations).
