President’s Message for July 2021

Dear fellow Rotarians and Friends,

This is the start of a new Rotary year and I am humbled to take on another term where we “Serve to Change Lives” under our RI President Shekhar Metha.

As we look towards the new term, my three key priorities are, firstly, to improve member engagement within the club. Secondly, improve efficiency of club’s operations and thirdly, lead and participate in impactful projects guided by RI’s/D3310/E-Club’s objectives.

We had a strong start to the year with Rotarian Dr. Doris and Rotarian Cindy solidifying the plan together for Dyslexia screening and strategizing projects with the school for special needs, namely, Spectra Secondary School.

We are inducting two new members Rotarian Agnes Kwek and Rotarian Eddie Chua. Agnes will be leading the Healthcare Heroes project to recognize our Healthcare professionals who are continuing to keep us safe and provide us care during these hard times.

I look forward to a successful year ahead. Congratulations to DG Dolly Yeap and all the Presidents. Together, let’s Serve to Change Lives.
